Job Description

As an Investment Banker in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in structuring and executing complex financial transactions. You'll analyze market trends, prepare financial models, and engage with clients to provide strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive transaction documentation for various stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on deadlines.
• Engage with financial institutions and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Review contractual agreements to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Evaluate client feedback to improve service delivery and transaction outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
