Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our projects in the Sandton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope and objectives.
• Lead and manage project teams through all project phases.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate updates and changes effectively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years in managing projects and teams

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Agile Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile Project Management: Preference for candidates with knowledge in Agile methodologies.
