Job Description

Seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to manage and resolve technical issues at our Bloemfontein office. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and a commitment to enhancing user experience through excellent support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support within the organization.
  • Implement solutions for common technical problems encountered by users.
  • Evaluate and recommend new IT solutions and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular backups.
  • Work closely with the IT team to develop IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
