Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at our Durban location, you will be at the forefront of engineering technology. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing electrical systems, collaborating on interdisciplinary projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create schematics and layout for electrical systems.
• Engage in innovative design methods to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Perform site inspections and evaluations.
• Document engineering processes and changes.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals.
• Liaise with clients regarding project updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure safety standards are diligently followed.
• Develop compliance documentation for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Masters in Electrical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3-7 years of relevant experience

• Matlab
