We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage cloud environments, automate deployment processes, and work collaboratively with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and implementing scalable cloud solutions.
• Configure and maintain containerization technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and system resilience strategies.
• Facilitate training for team members on DevOps practices and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role

• Azure

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified Jenkins Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
