• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct training for junior engineering staff when necessary.
• Monitor compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Research and implement innovative electrical solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Master’s degree or higher is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience

• AutoCAD
• Renewable Energy Systems

Certifications

• Electrical Engineering Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
