Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and report on project status.

• Oversee the implementation of architectural projects to ensure alignment with designs.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders for ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient
