Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Cloud Engineer with a solid background in DevOps and cloud computing to join our growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimized performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy multi-tier applications on cloud platforms.
• Maintain security and compliance of cloud environments.
• Perform regular system audits and updates.
• Support troubleshooting for cloud services and applications.
• Engage in capacity planning and cost management.
• Assist in the evaluation of emerging cloud technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and management
