Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Wellness Consultant to join our passionate team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wellness coaching, holistic health, and patient engagement. This role involves guiding clients in achieving their health goals through tailored wellness plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement innovative wellness programs tailored to diverse client populations.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients to achieve their wellness objectives.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine coaching skills.
• Analyze client feedback and outcomes to drive program improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners for resources and services to clients.
• Assist in marketing wellness programs and initiatives to increase participation.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and develop trust and rapport.
• Monitor and manage client compliance with wellness plans and protocols.
• Utilize technology to enhance client engagement and track progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Wellness
• Master's in Wellness Management will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role or health promotion experience
