Art Director

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Art Director to spearhead our design projects in Cape Town. Your role will involve leading creative teams, conceptualizing visual solutions, and ensuring the quality of our outputs aligns with our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and execute them across various media.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align design goals with brand strategy.
• Review and critique designs from team members for quality assurance.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and collaborators.
• Create mood boards and style guides for projects.
• Prepare and manage design presentations for clients.
• Utilise feedback to refine and enhance design output.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project development.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction

Languages
