Responsibilities

• Craft intricate wooden models for various projects, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Conduct measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy in models.
• Participate in team discussions for continuous improvement of processes.
• Implement creative solutions for design challenges encountered during production.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and functional.
• Mentor and assist junior craftsmen in their tasks.
• Document project specifications, timelines, and materials used.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in carpentry or a related field is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
