Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales and marketing efforts in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies, and a passion for optimizing online customer experiences. This role involves managing our e-commerce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
• Use data analytics to assess performance and make strategic recommendations.
• Develop training programs for customer service representatives on e-commerce tools.
• Maintain knowledge of trends in digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and customer behavior.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for e-commerce marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
