Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Upington. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemical processing, experience in process optimization, and a keen eye for safety and compliance standards. You will participate in the design and development of new processes and make recommendations for improvements to existing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale-up processes for new chemical production.
• Analyze process data to improve performance metrics.
• Contribute to project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
