Job Description

As a Freight Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our freight management processes to ensure seamless transportation operations. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor freight schedules and adjust as necessary.
• Assist in the design of logistics processes for efficiency.
• Manage the logistics software system to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address freight-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
• A degree in a relevant field is acceptable

Experience

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or freight operations
