Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and engage potential customers. Your role will involve prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up meetings, all aimed at expanding our client base in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize the CRM to effectively track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance lead generation.
  • Gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in developing sales materials and presentations.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in tech
