UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

• Uphold accessibility standards in all design work.
• Document design processes and provide design rationale.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience specifically

Technical Skills

• Visual Design
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
