As an Industrial Engineer at our Rustenburg facility, you will play a crucial role in capacity planning, process optimization, and ensuring the effective use of resources. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing costs while maintaining product quality.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
• Facilitate workshops for process improvement initiatives.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Analyze workflow and employ time and motion studies.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies into existing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related roles
