Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans for various projects, ensuring aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is met during construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare presentations for clients, showcasing design concepts and project proposals.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
