As an Environmental Science Educator, you'll be at the forefront of delivering engaging educational programs focused on environmental conservation. This role involves crafting dynamic workshops, educational resources, and hands-on experiences that both educate and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive learning experiences that promote environmental stewardship.
• Stay informed about best practices in environmental education and share insights with the team.
• Mentor junior educators and volunteers in developing their environmental education skills.
• Prepare and manage budgets for educational programs and resources.
• Conduct assessments to determine the educational needs of various communities.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance educational delivery.
• Promote a culture of sustainability within the educational community.
• Engage parents and community members in educational workshops to foster a broader understanding.
• Support the creation of environmental research projects involving students.
• Cultivate relationships with local environmental organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Education or related fields
• Master's degree in Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering environmental education programs
