Job Description

As a Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting and operating machinery for cutting, punching, and pressing metal and plastic materials. Attention to detail and technical aptitude are key for this hands-on position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for cutting, punching, and pressing tasks.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and guide junior operators on safe operating procedures.
• Keep work area organized and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Assist in the development of new cutting techniques to improve efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in Manufacturing or Engineering are preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in machine operation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
