Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of IT systems. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing assistance to end-users, and ensuring that IT services run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Keep track of support tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Configure and support mobile devices and applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on servers and workstations.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Work with vendors and service providers for technical support.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support environment
