Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to help us streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with different departments to implement best practices in process design and production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production operations and recommend improvements.
• Create process maps for current and future state workflows.
• Calculate capacity and line balance to optimize efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to eliminate them.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
• Support the launch of new products and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years in an industrial engineering role

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
