Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and lead teams will be essential for driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and obstacles.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Implement agile project management techniques to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Support business development efforts by providing project insights and input.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management or related fields
