Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee projects aimed at improving production and product quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to determine project requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Participate in the design and implementation of pilot plants for new processes.
• Create and maintain effective training for staff on chemical processes and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related field
