The Transmission Forester will be responsible for managing and maintaining the transmission network of trees and vegetation. This includes ensuring public safety and reliable electricity supply through effective vegetation management.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular assessments of vegetation along transmission lines.
Develop and implement proactive vegetation management plans.
Ensure that all operations comply with current safety regulations.
Maintain precise records of all vegetation management activities.

Supervise tree trimming and removal operations ensuring safety.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or related field
Relevant certifications in project management preferred
Experience
At least 5 years' experience with experience in the electricity or utility industry preferred.
