Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive proposals that reflect our project goals and funding needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary project data and metrics.
• Ensure all proposals meet the specific guidelines and requirements set by funders.
• Follow up with funders regarding grant submissions and outcomes.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance proposal effectiveness.
• Utilize grant management software for tracking applications.
• Produce regular reports on grant applications and their outcomes.
• Attend networking events to enhance visibility within the funding community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
• Advanced degree in related areas is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit grant writing

Technical Skills

• Grant management software proficiency

Languages
