Job Description

Join our team as a Woodworking Machine Setter and Operator, where you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining woodworking machinery to produce high-quality lumber products. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure machinery complies with industry safety standards.
• Review production schedules to meet output targets.
• Document maintenance activities and inspections.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in mechanical or wood processing

Experience

• Experience in a supervisory capacity within a woodworking environment is preferred.
