Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at Engineering Solutions Ltd., you will leverage your knowledge to improve production processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on engineering solutions.
  • Utilize statistical methods to analyze data related to performance indicators.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational changes and their impacts.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate capacity needs and resource allocation.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive engineering initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards in engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with IT for system integrations and enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering
