We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who is passionate about optimizing production processes. Your role will include analyzing workflows, providing insights into resource allocation, and developing strategies to minimize waste while maximizing output. Responsibilities

• Evaluate current engineering processes and suggest improvements.
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data from production systems.
• Oversee the implementation of process changes to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory to align materials with production needs.
• Train staff on new equipment and processes as necessary.
• Identify safety hazards and develop solutions to minimize risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a manufacturing environment
