We are looking for a dynamic UX/UI Lead Developer to drive design excellence in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric applications while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products.
• Engage in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new design team members.
• Create visual assets for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Digital Design or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a related role

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
