We are searching for a Change Management Trainer to join our team in Sandton. This role involves developing and delivering training programs focused on change management practices within organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Management, along with exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to gauge training needs across various departments.
• Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation.
• Monitor and report on the progress of training participants.
• Advise leadership on change management best practices and tactics.
• Assist in developing communication plans for change initiatives.
• Maintain a library of resources and tools for ongoing training.
• Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in training delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR or Organizational Development is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of working experience in HR or training environments
