Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing visually striking designs that align with our brand manifests and client requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to communicate ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the ideation and decoration of project concepts.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create standout designs.
• Collect and interpret feedback from project leads to enhance design quality.
• Work alongside developers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Present and explain designs to clients and team members.
• Implement changes based on team input or client requests.
• Explore new techniques and tools to enhance graphic design methodology.
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Fine Arts or Communication Design
• Relevant certifications in graphic design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a design role with a solid portfolio

Technical Skills

• UX/UI Design
• Digital Marketing Graphics

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of marketing principles: Understanding how design impacts marketing strategies and consumer behaviour.
