Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Director of In-Service Education to lead our initiatives in professional development for educators. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive training programs to elevate the teaching standards across educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic plans for in-service education programs.

• Champion diversity and inclusiveness in all training programs.
• Lead evaluation efforts to assess the impact of professional development on teaching practices.
• Promote a culture of learning and professional growth within the education community.
• Coordinate with external trainers and experts to enhance training quality.
• Develop training materials and resources that support educator learning.
• Manage the logistics and administration of training programs.
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions for collaborative initiatives.
• Deliver presentations on program outcomes and best practices to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Doctoral Degree in Education or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education management and professional development.
