You will also be instrumental in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with various teams to align objectives and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings to set objectives and expectations.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality requirements and are completed on time.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures.
• Utilize project management software for effective planning and tracking.
• Review and approve project work and deliverables.
• Engage in stakeholder engagement to foster project support.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
• Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Business or Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years managing complex projects
