Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and time constraints.
• Oversee site assessments and liaise with contractors.
• Implement best practices for civil engineering design.
• Review project specifications and prepare updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with environmental and safety standards.
• Develop project timelines and manage deadlines.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee safety audits.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and results.
• Provide guidance for junior team members and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
