In this role, you will manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints. This position requires excellent project management capabilities and a comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track financial progress and manage project expenditures efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management.
• Ensure environmental policies are adhered to throughout the construction process.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for project teams.
• Promote a culture of safety within the team and on the construction site.
• Manage subcontractor performance and address any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience actively managing construction projects.
