Job Description

Looking for a proactive Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team in Durban. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct the production team in all aspects of manufacturing operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure production targets are met.
• Resolve any production-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Train team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
• Participate in budget planning and manage production costs effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management or similar role
