Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and quality of services by proactively monitoring systems.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Work closely with development teams to enhance system architecture for reliability.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize system usage.
• Conduct root cause analysis on incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Implement security best practices in cloud environments.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans.
• Manage cloud resources and optimize costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles
