We are looking for a dedicated Quiller Hand who can produce high-quality quills for calligraphy and artistic applications. The ideal candidate will take pride in their craftsmanship and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feathers by cleaning, shaping, and ensuring they are suitable for use.
• Conduct quality checks on finished quills and manage inventory effectively.
• Train and mentor new employees on quilling techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements.
• Keep the workspace tidy and ensure all tools are well maintained.
• Assist with capturing customer feedback to enhance product quality.
• Contribute ideas to improve production efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in calligraphy or arts and crafts preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in quilling or related craft.
