Job Description

As a Silk Spooler, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that produces high-quality silk thread. You will monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the output meets our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate silk spooling machines according to specified guidelines.
  • Regulate machine functions and monitor output for quality assurance.
  • Implement quality control measures to detect defects in the production process.
  • Collaborate with the weaving team to synchronize production schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and initiate repairs when required.
  • Train new operators on machine setup and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical qualification in textiles or manufacturing is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry.
