We are searching for a dedicated Production Director to head our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker to oversee the production team, enhance efficiency, and maintain exceptional product quality while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will be instrumental in fostering relationships with suppliers and customers to streamline the production process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production operation to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Engage in strategic planning for production capacity and resource allocation.
• Maintain communication with other departments to ensure coherence in operations.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators to monitor productivity.
• Identify and resolve challenges that affect production schedules and quality.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff in the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications beneficial

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
