Job Description

Our Randburg office is searching for a Financial Analyst to deliver detailed financial analysis and recommendations based on findings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives and ensure the company's financial health and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly closing process and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Assist with the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Participate in financial audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting.
• Develop dashboards to track financial metrics and KPIs.
• Advise on financial trends and projections.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
