We are looking for a passionate Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background and experience in managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative designs that meet client needs while adhering to local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design creative solutions for architectural projects in line with client visions.
• Evaluate potential project sites and assess their suitability.
• Prepare detailed budgets and project proposals, including timelines.
• Ensure all project documentation is fully compliant with regulations.
• Report project progress to senior management and clients regularly.
• Work closely with marketing to showcase architectural projects.
• Contribute to company marketing materials and presentations.
• Engage in community outreach efforts related to architecture and design.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the architecture field

Technical Skills

• BIM software
• 3D modeling

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience collaborating with contractors: Hands-on experience working with contractors during the construction phase.
• Knowledge of urban planning: Experience in projects involving urban infrastructure and planning.
