The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver designs that meet users' needs while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in branding across platforms.
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inspire design innovation.

• Knowledge of Mobile Design Principles: Experience in designing for mobile platforms with a user-centric approach.
• Experience with A/B Testing: Ability to assess design effectiveness through A/B testing methodologies.
