Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Worker to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work directly with a diverse range of clients, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to enhance their social functioning and wellbeing. This role requires a commitment to community service and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to offer psychological support and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement social programs that address community needs.
• Conduct workshops and group sessions to promote awareness and education.
• Network with government bodies and NGOs to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic client care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social work or related field
