Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive technical support to our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless IT infrastructure for our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Assist with data backups and recovery procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on IT systems.
  • Regularly review and improve IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
