Job Description

As a Project Manager at Dynamic Projects Ltd., you will be responsible for orchestrating the planning and implementation of projects. You will be the point of contact for all project-related communications, championing a safety culture, and driving performance improvements. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in project leadership and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage projects from conception through completion.
• Lead project planning meetings and status updates with the team.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring objectives are met on time.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessary based on project needs.
• Manage resources, including staff, budgets, and equipment, effectively.
• Strengthen communication and collaboration across all project platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field
• PMP Certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management

• Strong Communication Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Agile Methodology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
