Job Description

As the Education Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and promoting educational programs that align with our mission. You will work closely with faculty and administration to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for educational programs.
• Evaluate student performance metrics to inform program improvements.
• Maintain relationships with educational stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to improve teaching practices.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Conduct research on educational best practices and trends.
• Prepare reports for senior management on program effectiveness.
• Manage marketing and communication efforts to promote educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Doctorate in Education is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational administration or program management
