Job Description

We are looking for diligent Pest Control Workers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing pest management solutions, performing inspections, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property assessments and recommend pest control solutions.
• Apply eco-friendly treatments to reduce environmental impact.
• Engage with customers to resolve pest-related issues.
• Record and report on pest control jobs completed.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding pest control methods.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance pest control techniques.
• Manage inventory of pest control supplies and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service vehicles.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Higher Education in Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pest control or environmental management

Technical Skills

• Integrated Pest Management
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator License
• Environmental Protection Agency Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Digital Pest Management Tools: Familiarity with software for pest tracking and reporting.
• Fluency in Additional Local Languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
