Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for strategically driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and increase client base by identifying target markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align on sales objectives and strategies.
  • Compile and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role
